INSTRUCTIONS

1. Create a profile in OMS, our registration system, by clicking HERE

2. If you have a USSoccer Learning Center Profile, add the ‘Arizona State Referee Committee’ to your ‘Relationships’ section of your profile

3. If your Learning Center registrations are not current, or if your state does not use the Learning Center, you must submit a verification of your registration status from your SRA or other state representative

4. Use the Contact Us form to notify us that these steps have been completed, and we will finalize your OMS account
